Plateau d'Assy

Very beautiful spot with a fantastic view. Levelling blocks are required, though. After checking in and paying, you receive a code for the sanitary facilities, which are very good. Beautiful walks in the area and plenty to do at the paragliding take-off site. There are also a few restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Truly a very beautiful spot with Mont Blanc right in front of you and paragliders. For €15 you can pick out your own spot on the large field to the right next to the large P and you get an access code for a very clean and nice toilet building, which also has washing-up areas and a washing machine. According to our observation, the few spots to the left of the P are also paid. Lots of paragliders and hikers all day. Several small restaurants and a "snack bar", also for sticklebacks. Enjoyed it so much, stayed 3 nights.

Truly a top-notch place! Amazing view of Mont Blanc and other mountains. A short walk away is a clear blue lake that is nice to visit. A toilet is available where you can also wash your hands. Busy with paragliders, which is also fun to watch. We would definitely stay here again!
