Could have been a good campsite. Places are spacious. nice children's play area. Location near beach. Plumbing needs to be replaced, but regular cleaning would also do a lot. The cafe belonging to the campsite is only open for breakfast and lunch. A beer is not available. Campsite looks messy.

Neat camping you can cycle to the sea, the access is just paying attention, but is indicated.
