A small campsite is already nice; warmly welcomed by mother and son. Coffee upon arrival. What more could one ask for?
It is within walking distance, about a half-hour walk to the castle.

In the morning, at breakfast, we were surprised with petulla, a small Albanian dish.
The sanitary facilities are well-maintained, which they are currently expanding, by the way. Worth a return visit.

It's the courtyard of a private home, but it feels like being at home, as both the lady and her son are so kind. The lady welcomes us with coffee, cookies, and cold water. We were there around dinner time, and she also offered us delicious food prepared with vegetables from her garden. Love!
There's no shade, but they'll make arrangements, because they're excellent!
The town is a 20-minute walk away.

Super camper spot for a visit to Gjirokaster, close to the old town, about a 15-minute walk.

Tidy spot on a driveway next to the owner's house; he has 7 spots with electricity available.

Friendly welcome; she brought glasses of orange juice and a bottle of chilled water because of the heat. The sanitary facilities are good and clean; highly recommended.
