Nobody told you that the campsite was full - we just informed you that it was not possible to arrive without a reservation. On the sign at our entrance and on our registration door it says that arrival is only possible with a reservation. On our homepage you will find BIG information that we can only accept reservations for at least five nights. We had to make this decision for family reasons. This is one of the reasons why nobody sits in the registration area all day on Sundays and waits for unregistered guests. We also have a family and children….. In the future, please inform yourself better about the campsite you want to visit and do not vent your anger in untruth and bad reviews.
