beautiful place
walking paths, etc. in the countryside with good accessibility, but it seems to have been closed for a long time and permanent houses, etc. are gone

This campsite is CLOSED - closed? The website was not working, but I went to check it out myself (was on my route and I was looking for a campsite in this area).
Now (end of July 23) there are only signs with FORBIDDEN ACCESS. It is a pity that the campsite has been discontinued because the location seemed fine to me and all campsites in the area are very full due to the Formula 1 weekend.
Tip: Camping Hertogenwald usually has space for those who can do without electricity

were here Saturday before Ascension Day. looked neglected and abandoned. In the parking lot across the street we saw signs for sale or sold? to stand. We drove on.
