How wonderful to be in Belgium. Away from the Netherlands, which is held together by rules. Here, as a camper, you still feel welcome. In the Netherlands, you are not appreciated as a free camper.

The government strips you bare, and on top of that, you are almost entirely dependent on commercial campsites and motorhome sites. Shame, shame. 5 stars for this location, simply because a place like this cannot and is not allowed to exist in the Netherlands. Thank you Recron !!!!!!

For zero euros, you shouldn't expect much, of course. This quiet parking lot belongs to the brewery. A little further on is a Chouffe beer shop. Opposite that are public toilets. Only open during the day when the adjacent hospitality venues are open. There is an info kiosk, also for hiking and mountain biking in the area. We walked the 3.9 km route (Les Cerfs). Frequent steep climbs and descents, but very beautiful.

Motorhome site deserted and in a remote corner close to the brewery, surrounded by stainless steel equipment. No view. Were here in early April, spent the night in a public parking lot (motorhome 5 meters). Restaurant opposite the parking lot is recommended.
