It concerns a pond with grassland on a plot of 1700 m² near Houffalize, Tailles region. When renting per night you have access to the entire site with pond for a maximum of 6 people. You must bring your own tents for camping. There is no electricity or drinking water at this nature house. However, a chemical toilet. There are also 2 kayaks available that can be used freely and a raft which is fun for children. You may fish in the pond, but all fish must be released back into the pond. It is forbidden to eat them! You can also swim in the pond. It is not allowed to use sound devices here and to disturb the surroundings. It is allowed to keep a limited campfire in a steel campfire place, except in case of drought and fire risk. Covered picnic area available! There are also 2 picnic tables. Dogs and pets are NOT allowed. The site can be closed with a gate. Caravans are not allowed. Arrival from 2.30 pm. Departure before 11:30 am. Paved pebble parking available that can be closed with a gate. There is a beaver reserve within walking distance and the region is very rich in wildlife. At the pond you can often see kingfishers and large yellow wagtails and beavers regularly visit the pond. There are many hiking opportunities in the area. It is also possible to book a nature excursion or wildlife watching tour with the owner who is a nature guide.
