More spacious places on the grass pebbles at the back. Near the nice town of Oudenaarde, walking distance. Eating/drinking facilities are widely available. Also suitable for exploring the Flemish hilly landscape by bike.
We were unlucky because the parking lot was completely occupied by a circus. But don't worry, we were able to park in a parking lot directly opposite this place (i.e. across the bridge and on the other side of the Scheldt). Also beautiful and quiet.
The campers can stand on the grass stones, almost at the back of the large parking lot. Almost directly on the Scheldt. There will always be room. On June 21, '23 we had to leave the CP early in the morning due to the corona crisis. building attractions for a party.
