Nice clean camper place. You can reach Ostend in no time by bike. You are on the plain so you have no shelter, this is not a problem for us. It would get 5 stars if there was something like a barrier so that people with cars couldn't just drive onto the site.
Why do you still have to pay?? nuisance from driving around traffic on the motorhome, caravans that come and cause nuisance. People who come to walk dogs and leave quickly, urinating in public. Gistel seems to think this is normal!!!!!! Campers don't think it's possible!!!!!
fantastic initiative from the city of Gistel. Everything you need is available at a democratic price. Many cities in Belgium can take an example from it. are there any downsides? Yes: -a lot of wind, too little shielding -Campers have to drive away because the place is taken by passenger cars
