More or less forced to end up with this company, because the insurance determines where you can have a repair done. This was once and never again with this company. The damage has been neatly repaired, but then it took them almost 8 months. Agreements were not fulfilled; the entire communication was difficult. Parts were only ordered after 4 months, after we complained about the long term of repair. We have also arranged a damage expert from the insurance policy ourselves, without an expert's permission for repair. In the end, it turned out that not everything was repaired properly when the camper was collected. I cannot judge the price, this is a matter of insurance.

I can totally agree with Pefero and Sanrin Over 10 years I have been coming there regularly for various purchases and last year they repaired a damage. (Refrigerator fire damage) And checked all gas connections this year. EVERYTHING ACCORDING TO APPOINTMENT ARRANGED. Staff very friendly and especially the people in the workshop are very knowledgeable and helpful. Afz plohou.

Can't find me at all in the previous reviews, actually I was a bit shocked because I have been coming here for years with my caravan for storage and maintenance and so far always treated well and fairly. I do not want to talk about prices because as a customer you can quickly find something too expensive and sometimes you cannot properly oversee what purchasing costs and what the installation costs are. I can only say that I have so much confidence in this company that I bought a used camper there this year and traded in my caravan for a good price and trust that everything will go and if something goes wrong I just have 1 YEAR warranty so I'm in the right place at Veneboer

Burstner offered due to a defective camera. Diagnosis (1 hour) resulted in referral to Zenec dealer due to malfunction in Zenec equipment and not in camera. Zenec dealer found in 4 minutes that the camera was broken. Another Burstner dealer confirmed last diagnosis and replaced camera. Invoice first diagnosis must be paid. A big difference in knowledge, expertise and customer contact / approach.
