Visit the App Store or Google Play to update the app.

Did you update the app? These are your next action points:

1. Open the app and go through the steps in your screen. 
2. First click on ‘forgot password’ to request a new password once.
3. Enter the email address that you use to use Campercontact.  
4. Go to your mailbox and click on the link in the email you just received from Campercontact.
5. Choose a new password and confirm it. 
6. Return to the app and log in with your email address and new password.
