The washrooms are very old, and for the price of €43, the beach is separated by a shopping street. The pitch is shady.

we stayed here one night, GPS coordinates are indeed not correct, nice sanitary facilities, we paid 36.50 euros, the site is still closed, strange, otherwise very friendly staff

Strangely, it stayed overnight on 5/23/24. houses are all empty, but there are still 2 campers. we paid €23.60 for one night. 
Today, May 31st, the app still says they are closed.
