A great base for exploring Prague. You can cross the river in no time by ferry, and then easily walk to the old town. The campsite itself is very basic and outdated. No renovations are being done. The restrooms (building) are outdated, the water isn't hot, and they should be replaced as soon as possible. The overall condition of the grounds and amenities like electricity are also in question. Outside the grounds, there are two overflowing garbage containers.

The pitches are spacious and an ideal base for sightseeing.

Beautifully situated on an island in the Vltava River. Just a short ferry ride to the shore and tram 17 to the Duet center. Also easily accessible by bike. The Czech Republic has a special rate for people over 65! Good Wi-Fi; find your own spot. The quiet young man at the entrance. The Italians is a great restaurant! Not cheap, but okay! Baflo Bill will be happy to come back!
