In a park - natural swimming pond - outdoor sauna - historic steamboat to Himmelbjergvej (Denmark's highest mountain) from the park - town center 5km

Campers are welcome at both the campervan pitches (DKK 195 including two people – 10 pitches available) and the regular pitches (DKK 50–100 / DKK 110 for adults / DKK 75 for children). There may also be space for campervans and vans in the parking lot outside the campsite. These pitches cannot be reserved in advance, and electricity is not available. The price is DKK 145 and includes two people.

Lovely family camp site. Good facilities. Well located to walk into Silkeborg. Good access to walks and cycle routes in the area and boating

What a lovely campsite! Very nice atmosphere: picnic tables, outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and campfire area (with plenty of wood) in the central area. Lots of play opportunities for children. Located by the river, with many walking and cycling paths starting from the campsite. Silkeborg is also easily accessible. We were going to stay two nights, but it turned into five! And the sanitary facilities: naturally, they could be more luxurious, but they are super clean, and that is the most important thing. We would love to come back sometime.
