Discharging waste water is not possible. we couldn't find anything. Discharging toilet is possible and is located at the electricity charging points for cars. It is not possible to stand there, but it is doable with a short walk. The same goes for fetching water. So you do need a watering can.
There have been filths here who have discharged the toilet into the receptacle under the drinking water tap. I saw the turds float by!
