You don't come here for peace and quiet. You pay €50 for a spot on the gravel with a wooden deck, camper next to camper. No space; really not pleasant at 30 degrees. Left quickly after one night. There is a lot of noise (a Thursday in July), a live band, and many people walking past your camper to the beach. Positive: Aalborg is nearby. Beautiful museums and waterfront.

The campsite is clean and tidy, generally a great place, but at this price I expect not to have to pay extra for the shower.

Hot water is scarce at the sinks (intended for washing dishes) and in the showers you only get lukewarm water. According to the owner, the shower should run for 5 minutes for 10 DKK, but mine only ran for 3 minutes and with lukewarm water... very disappointing.
