Blokhus Natur Camping has a fantastically friendly host couple. 
If you are into nature, peace and birdsong, then this place is for you. 
Everyone on the site is friendly and there is a really good atmosphere. 
There is a large enclosure for the dogs and everything is nice and clean in all the communal buildings. 
You get my warmest recommendations.

Checking in electronically in the evening is already a hassle, but when the power isn't working and you have to call ahead to fix it, it doesn't improve the mood. Furthermore, the hygiene of the floor turns out to be more important than the hygiene of my feet, because I have to take off my shoes before I can go to the toilet (and showers).
In short, the surroundings are probably beautiful, but I find it unsuitable as a campsite for a quick stopover.
