We found the Vesterlyng campsite in the third week of July to be very massive, busy, and noisy. And we realized that this wasn't our kind of campsite. We found a nice spot at the harbor in Hansø.

Beautiful campsite with spacious pitches. The sanitary facilities are modern, clean, and plentiful.

However, you still have to pay separately for the showers. Given the price of the campsite (78 euros for 4 people), this is a shame.
Nice swimming pool, but it was quite chilly when we were there 🙂
There is plenty of entertainment for children, and in the evenings you can get pizzas at the café.

Cozy, clean family campsite with spacious pitches, plenty of shade, and good facilities. Children have a great time in the playground, on the bouncy castle, and in the swimming pool. The sanitary facilities are modern, spacious, and excellently maintained. Friendly staff and a convenient campsite shop make the stay complete. The only downside: the shower by the pool was not working. Definitely worth a visit.
