If you read all the information carefully, it's completely clear; it's in Dutch! You'll receive a card that you can use to activate the power station, get fresh water, and use the barrier and toilet via a push button in the restroom building. Upon departure, you can transfer any credit from the power station back to your card. After passing through the barrier, insert your card into the designated slot and your bank card into the slot, and you're done!

Nice camper site. It's just a shame you can't get your card deposit back. The machine doesn't work, so you have to leave your details. After two months, still nothing back, which is sad.
