Large car park with ample maneuvering space. Level. Walking distance to Tallinn city centre and, convenient for us, also close to Terminal A for the Helsinki ferry. Payment is 15 euros for 24 hours; it is easy at the machine. Be aware of noise from the entertainment centre across the street.

no amenities
but a 5-minute walk from a super nice city
paid 15.00 euros for 24 hours

April… we were the only camper
nice spot near the harbor and a nice new suburb with trendy shops and restaurants
super nice combination of old and new buildings. Tallinn is buzzing. well worth it

Parking a "con".  We arrived on the Sun afternoon and paid at the machine. We downloaded the parking app as we were going to Helsinki for the day on Monday. The time came to add to the parking. The app wouldn't allow us to add another 24hrs for €15 so we had to pay in increments - total cost plus fees: €15.35 and only valid until 2157. So we didn't waste time getting off the ferry, loading our bikes and moving on to a free stopover 30 mins away.
