There are two locations named Rannakodu on the map, but this southern one is the right one. It says closed, but it is actually open and fine.

Beautiful spot on the water! All amenities available. Very quiet and relaxing. We had a wonderful time!

Exceptionally friendly welcome! You're situated in a beautiful green setting by the sea. Very peaceful. Sanitary facilities are adequate and clean. There's a kiosk/small restaurant on site. The terrain is partly uneven, but you can get there with blocks. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you'll find it here!
