The information states that the campsite is open all year round. We arrived May 21, 2023, but the campsite was closed. We drove back to another campsite (5 km back) that was open. Reception was already closed, but very friendly on the phone.

Hi! We apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to welcome you to our site tonight. We have some maintenance work goin on this weekend and therefore can’t take any campers. We are open during summer months (June-September) with full services and October to May we can provide only part of them. We hope you enjoy your stay in our neighboring campsite that we recommended to you and also that you have a nice stay in Hossa. Hope to see you another time! - Maija & Lenny -

Excellent winter camping. We first had email contact about facilities and arrival time. Nice reception. We could use the shower and toilet of one of the saunas. The sauna was wonderful. Paid €30 for this. No possibility to lay toilet and gray water. No water intake either.
