It was not possible to read the QR code with the iPhone. Downloaded the app. You can then see which different places are nearby and what the corresponding prices are.
You can take bus line 206 from the harbor to Turku.

There are several parking spaces here. One of them has a camper symbol, see photo, and provides payment information. 18 euros per night, including electricity and shower. Very spacious pitches. You receive the shower code (and other info) after payment. If it doesn't work, you can get the correct code at the restaurant near the shower. Excellent cycle paths to both Turku and Naantali.

The parking area is gated and can be booked via the aforementioned app. However, after arriving late by ferry, we couldn't immediately figure out how to open the barrier. We drove on.
