For emptying the toilets it was perfect but there was no water! luckily I have an outdoor shower.... for gray water it was perfect! and moreover free, nothing to complain about! on the other hand no drinking water and electricity I did not test.
had barrier tape around it but works properly. everything is free. I think the well is a bit clogged, so we didn't dump dirty water. So emptying the toilet and grabbing water is no problem.
