When we arrived here, all camper pitches were occupied by French passenger cars. Luckily I was able to get a place after a short time. Lovely place on the canal in a village where there is nothing to do. There is a toilet building next to the pitches for the campers.
The location is lovely, nice outlook, as reported, however it is totally ruined by a horrible smell of sewage, emanating from a holding tank located a few metres from the RV parking area. It's totally disgusting!
The entrances were closed. Well then you won't get there. One block up only had a dump overlooking the parking lot. Gern restaurant seen. We also got the impression from the signs that the bicycle route no longer runs there. Too bad, hopefully it will get better this summer. Continued to Villeton. Sani station with fence and ribbon cordoned off. Restaurant closed and looks run down. Hoping for better times!
