A beautiful place where you can stand anywhere in a beautiful walking environment. Beautiful view, in short, a must. Make sure you have enough supplies, shops at a distance. AE.

27 Dec 22. Unfortunately, the last 2 km to the refuge are closed in winter. You can't get further than the parking spaces at bar Le Fer à Cheval by car. Overnight there.

18 November 2021 stood there. 0'0 amenities but a beautiful location. we slept blissfully peacefully in a powerful setting. An nice walk!

Information
Very spacious paved parking at the end of the D87 in a beautiful valley at 1555m altitude, and the beginning of several beautiful mountain walks. No discharge facilities but a log cabin with toilet and sink, picnic tables and barbecues. Refuge de Rosuel with restaurant at the end of the parking lot. One of the gates to the Parc National de la Vanoise.
