Nice location near the station 🚉 and the city center, everything within walking distance. Sanitary facilities (public toilet) are fine.

A very good place to stand.
Quiet and shady. Public toilet is accessible but I refrain from using it. Finally, have everything on board. You can empty the toilet, but the water tap does not work. Well, the one in the adjacent public toilet.  Just tap a jug of water and you can rinse. Don't be so difficult.
The tourist train runs at the weekend. A lot of fun to do.
Ambert center within walking distance.  Nice but not special.
