Fantastically nice campsite with friendly staff, well marked pitches and surrounded by the forest. Fresh facilities, shower and toilet. About 5 km outside the centre with walking distance to the train and bus which you can use for free when you are at a campsite. We really liked the place.

Great campsite for motorhomes, but due to the uneven ground full of roots, I don't think it's really suitable for tents. Otherwise, nothing to complain about; cycling is perfectly fine!

I chose this campsite because it is close to Chamonix. With free train and bus connections nearby (15-minute walk), why would you go to Chamonix by bike or on foot? The sanitary facilities are in excellent order: clean, plenty of hot water, etc. Anyone complaining about that should stay home. Trekkers, hikers, and mountain walkers can use this campsite perfectly as a base camp. Thumbs up, I'd say.
