A pleasant setting on the banks of the Veyre: We have a large garden (nearly 2000 m²) on the edge of the river. The setting is pleasant and relaxing. In the mornings, you can observe birds and squirrels playing in the ivy and hazelnut trees. You will find a picnic table under the shade of a beautiful magnolia, a children's play area, a vegetable garden, pétanque in the stabilized courtyard, football goals, darts and something to keep your children busy... The land is wooded, in hot summer weather, you will find a little coolness in the shade of the magnolia, the weeping willow, or the beautiful hazelnut hedge. The land is enclosed and access is free. We provide electricity (free) and an outdoor water point (free). We are a 5-minute walk from a park with children's play structures, a city stadium with synthetic grass, two ping-pong tables, a skate park and football pitches. The local supermarket, which houses a hairdresser, tobacco/newsagent and a bakery in its small gallery, is less than a 10-minute walk away. In St Amant Tallende (15 minutes on foot via a very pleasant path to take or 2 minutes by car), you will find two other bakeries/patisseries, a high-quality chocolatier, a butcher and a greengrocer/cheesemaker. (+ Pharmacies, medical practices, physiotherapist, osteopath, dentist, radiology, etc.) The castle, its ramparts and its magnificent bridge offer an ideal setting for walking and/or picnicking. There are many hiking trails nearby.
