On our way north on May 3rd, we saw this free spot. Flat and paved, spacious with a seating area and picnic tables. Nice location by a small old station next to the road. With all facilities (TV, Electricity, and Water), for which you can optionally buy tokens for €2.50 at the restaurant opposite. Bakery 200m away. Great spot for 1 or 2 nights. We were hardly bothered by the road during the night and early morning. Thanks to the municipality for making this possible!!!

La Chaise-Dieu
It's great that there are places where the camper place is still free.
The place is on the main road (quiet) and is located at the station of an old tourist train.
The surface consists of sand and gravel. There is a sanitary column with a waste water disposal point.
Buy a token for water or electricity.
There are picnic tables on a grass field.
Long campers can also be accommodated there.

Great CP at the old station with a tourist train on Sundays. Water still defective on 7 May. Well discharge. Very nice abbey with beautiful church. Very worthwhile. Can there be 20.
