This CP is nothing at all! No view or anything to see, and when you drive to the coordinates you stand in front of a barrier with the roadworks shed behind it. Of course you can park in one of the parking lots, but I wasn't very happy there.  This really shouldn't be called an NKC camper spot. Rating: a zero!

Worth the trip! Good starting point for mountain hikes. Désert de Platé is well worth the climb (or 16 euros for the lift).
Flaine was built in the 1960s by architect couple Eric Sylvie Boissonnas in Bauhaus style, with works of art by Picasso, Jean Dubuffet in between. free guided tours from the Center d Arts.
In the Auditorium classical concerts.
The parking lots don't really have any facilities.

2-8-2015 Flaine is built on a slope in four or five levels. At each level is a huge parking lot. Tourism Bureau said that throughout the camper must be put down, costs nothing. No toilet cassette empty, no water, no electricity. However, a public toilet. In the summer working first gondola lift. Fantastic hiking! And P3 with a serene calm. Highly recommended!
