Stayed here for two nights in August 2025. It was decent, but nothing special... 4 stars, and not even decent bathrooms... mmmm, toilet paper in the toilets is too much trouble... and keeping it clean is too... so we're torn between 2 and 3 stars, but definitely not 4. The surrounding area is nice, and the area around and on the campsite is beautiful. Tence is a small village, nothing special, and hampered by a struggling economy, like many places in France.

It's incomprehensible that so few campers stay here. Only 76 pitches and not even full. A fully equipped campsite. Extremely child-friendly with a daily children's program. A swimming pool. Fishing in the river. A petting zoo with daily explanations. All sorts of activities: workshops, wine tastings, etc. In short, highly recommended, especially with children. Within walking distance of the village. Friendly staff. All amenities are top-notch!
