Camping La Ferme de la Serraz

Good campsite. Good sanitary facilities. Lots of houses. A bit far to walk to the Lac, but beautifully situated for unique and beautiful motorcycle trips. nice to cycle to Albertville and around the lake on mostly beautiful cycle paths (old railway line) lots of Paragliding, fun to do/see. A successful restaurant with reasonable price/choice/quality. good supermarket within walking/cycling distance in the village.

I think the campsite has been completely renovated because I don't recognize any of these photos or reviews. we ended up here by chance because all campsites on the lake were full or the reception was still closed. In addition to chalets, there are a few camping spots. Location is also fine. Very neat and a lovely large swimming pool. Delicious food at the nice restaurant on the campsite. sanitary neat. nice atmosphere. best 'free' WiFi of the entire holiday.

we arrived assuming €22, to pay maybe €24. but the receptionist told without batting an eyelid that it was €52,- per night. Something for everyone but we drove on.
