We found a relatively empty campsite in early September. The pitches are beautiful, and so is the castle itself. There was a wedding at the castle on Saturday, so some areas were unavailable to us. On Sunday, we had a wonderful swim in the beautiful pool.

super nice campsite, spacious places, nice swimming pool, excellent restaurant, super friendly service and delicious locally brewed beer.

We were here the first week of July. We found a deserted campsite. Here and there a camper/caravan. Restaurant closed, bar closed, access to the castle not possible. Paid the main price. The season that all facilities are open starts here mid-July. Why not offer a cheaper rate if there are no facilities? Too bad because the location is beautiful, beautiful view and the places are spacious.
