Camping de Savel

We would have loved to come here, even though the route was to get there. To our surprise we had to cross a narrow bridge of 2.20 m wide and campers longer than 8 m cannot cross it because of the turn. We would have liked to have known this sooner, now all the effort was for nothing.

2 nights here; difficult road from the south to here, many surfers etc , they all know each other and clump together in a large group and take up a lot of space and are noisy We were first told that they had no place when there was room. the lake is lovely but we don't go here anymore

The campsite is far from civilization, wonderfully quiet and within walking distance of the suspension bridge. Pitches are different in size and not completely flat, water tap on or near the place. Sanitary is fine. During our stay a strong wind. Restaurant and swimming pool. Make sure you have enough stock during your stay because there is no shop. We stayed there one night to go to the suspension bridge.
