Great spot for a free overnight stay.

Not a place to stay for long due to road noise. You are actually right next to a main road. The facilities are worth 5 stars and the town itself is also very nice to visit.

3 stars due to noise and short pitches max about 7 meters

The location itself is great, and there's easy access to the dump station. With a 7.5-meter campervan, you do need to back in so you can cross the road to avoid being stuck in the middle of the road. Next to a busy road, but that's been written about extensively. We weren't bothered by it at all. You can walk straight into town along the canal. Highly recommended.

Free, so definitely thanks for this amenity. It's great for visiting the town. We slept from Thursday to Friday, though we regret it a bit because of the heavy traffic from 6:00 a.m. onward, everyone seeming to be in a hurry. You're only half a meter off the road. We got up early and headed south for the beautiful weather.
