Camping Le Chanet is a charming, small-scale campsite in the Loue valley, close to the atmospheric town of Ornans in the French Jura. What a lovely campsite! Very hospitable welcome with all the information about the surrounding area right away. We enjoyed cycling and canoeing, and well-deservedly relaxed by the natural swimming pool. Excellent sanitary facilities and showers with good hot water. Bread service: extremely tasty baguettes and croissants 😋. Pizza takeaway and a bar lounge. In short, we had a great time for 5 days.

Very friendly welcome.

We received an information folder with cycling routes and information about the surrounding area.

The sanitary facilities are adequate and clean.

There is a bread roll service.

The camping pitches are spacious and level.
Find a spot yourself upon arrival; the reception opens after 4:00 PM.
The Wi-Fi is free and good.
We stayed longer because of the peace and quiet and the beautiful surroundings.
