Great place for a stopover, spacious pitches.

The surrounding area has less to offer.
It is a pity that there were no catering facilities available.

The campsite lacks character.

Friendly welcome. The campsite is spacious and within walking distance of the village. The sanitary facilities are okay. You can swim in the small river alongside the campsite (dogs are not allowed). You can cycle along the canal, which is flat and safe. The village of Tonnere is nice to visit because of the old, mysterious spring, and the museum of the medieval hospital is also worth a visit. In short, a stay of 2-3 nights is definitely recommended.

We came here thinking our dog would be able to swim in this scorching heat. Not so. The beautiful little waterfall with a small beach is off-limits to dogs. There is a canal running alongside it, but the banks are too high. Otherwise, the owners are friendly, the sanitary facilities are clean, and the pitches are spacious. But it is not a campsite to return to with a dog.
