Asphalted parking space, leveling blocks required, water/electricity hook-up included, as per CCP standard. Beautiful footpath to Vannes.

The parking area is well-located for visiting Vannes. The bus stop is right in front of the entrance, and you can reach the old town in 20 minutes. Otherwise, it's just a parking area – nothing more, nothing less. You park on asphalt, and the spacing isn't exactly comfortable. You'll need leveling blocks in the upper section, as it's quite uneven, and a road runs right alongside the parking area. It can be rather noisy at times.
