A great spot. Right in the middle of the woods, free choice of pitch, quiet location.

The sanitary facilities are old but clean.

Direct access to the Loire, which is currently experiencing a bit of a water shortage.

I would just disconnect the fresh water hose and use my own.

Wrapping up the cassette toilet emptying material is neither appetizing nor hygienic. Well, the owner can't be blamed for that.

Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

The campsite is beautifully situated on the Loire. We chose a spot for our camper ourselves. It was quiet, which made it incredibly enjoyable. We were surprised by the church in Benoit. Definitely worth a visit.

Arrived and chose my own spot. Reception (small booth by the barrier) closed and opened at 3:30 PM. Indeed, there are a lot of sloping pitches. It took a bit of searching to find a reasonably straight spot. Sanitary facilities were okay: two showers and two toilets, old but clean. Right on the Loire.
