The campsite is closed; we went there but there were no more signs.

An old-fashioned campsite like the municipal ones (if they haven't already been taken over): no barrier, no computer, cash payment, and decent, old-fashioned, but clean, sanitary facilities, all on an island in the Aube. We camped there for a few nights.
But then it happened: the tourists arriving at 12:30. In my opinion, this isn't camping, it's parking. I think that's where the negative reviews come from.

Outdated sanitary facilities, very small pitches. The Dutch owner and Dutch assistants have a very peculiar concept of hospitality, with rules that serve no purpose, such as forbidding you from moving your breakfast table to a sunny spot 10 meters from your own. This is done on an otherwise relatively empty campsite. This is communicated verbally. Upon departure, we were given the finger. Unworldly owners.
