We had made a reservation and were supposed to be able to check into the campsite from 2:00 PM. The spot assigned to us was still occupied; an extra two hours had been booked. The lady at the campsite confirmed this and we were given two choices: another spot without shade or separation, or the parking lot by the entrance, which was dirty and 30 degrees. It was a two-hour double booking. The lady at the campsite was unfriendly, nothing was possible, and the excuse was more along the lines of "it happens."

The lady at the reception was very friendly.

But unfortunately, the campsite is full, and that at 11 o'clock in the morning.

The pitches are okay. What was very disappointing was the condition of the sanitary building. It is very outdated. Paint peeling off the walls. Toilet seats that look terrible. Fluorescent light covers dirty. A lamp above a sink that doesn't work, leaking taps (so much for being water-saving!), and very little counter space by the sinks for washing dishes. A rack above them would help. Positive: the pitches, the location of the campsite, and the water temperature is good too.
