We parked here during the day for 5 days, not in the parking lot but along the road (head-to-tail), and the camper is in the shade all day. There is plenty of space in August until about 1:00 PM, and then it fills up. You can sit and swim anywhere around the small lake; there is plenty of shade here too.

We spent the nights at places nearby, but many others stay overnight here, and by the looks of it, without any problems. Great spot!!

A slightly sloping parking lot with no overnight parking prohibition. Beautiful departmental recreation area with toilets and (cold) beach showers. Little shade.
