I don't understand it at all, spending 2 nights alone at this beautifully landscaped campsite. No disturbance from the adjacent school complex; quiet in the evenings despite the D 424 behind it. A lovely cycle track to cycle to the Three Abbeys, and you can optionally take a walk to the Roch mere Henry viewpoint. The city of Senones is a bit of faded glory, but interesting to visit nonetheless.

The area is very nice and clean, however the price is €15 per night, you can hear a little road noise but it's not a big deal.

beautiful place, very well maintained, however we could not get on it. after trying 2 different bank cards and visa called the town hall twice. once in English and once in German.......however no response. stood in front of the gate for 2 nights, also fine! nice cycling along the 3 abbeys on the cycle path on the other side of the water.
