Great for a night, opposite the campsite. I was even allowed to drop off my trash bag here. Surprisingly beautiful surroundings 😀

Good spot for the early ferry. Took a nice walk through the nature reserve and village. No facilities. Saw the Gendarmerie too, didn't feel unsafe for a moment. Slept wonderfully peacefully.

Camper site without facilities, busy; by late afternoon it was completely full. Beautiful walk through the nature reserve. And the pier with its stunning view of the sea is highly recommended. The police patrol intensively day and night and also take action regularly. Although the camper site feels safe, this creates a peculiar and somewhat eerie atmosphere in and around Grand-Fort-Philippe.
