perfectly quiet in the evening with many amenities + walking options for the dogs - a little further away there is a bakery and small supermarket

Easy to reach, spacious, protected and fairly quiet. However, there is no continuous connection to electricity. Connection to the city not too functional for bicycles, despite being convenient in the center. Recommended.
