If you are looking for a nice campsite, this is not the place for you. Camping pitches are situated between mobile homes packed closely together. Bare. If you are looking for a semi-camper pitch with good facilities and a friendly reception, then it is okay. The sanitary facilities are very clean and spacious. No toilet paper. Across from the campsite, you can walk onto a beautiful beach, and the Auchan is just around the corner. Oyat is a nice restaurant nearby on the boulevard. War museums are in the vicinity.

safe and secure location - if a little tight for space
The Municipal aire was full so we dropped in for an early ferry start. very welcoming and helpful. Showers were locked earlier than expected but all in all a good stay.

don’t be fooled by ”only 15 campervans” - it’s a very large camping site but with many cottages, some of them seems permanent. 

very friendly receptionist and they speak English. 

toilets and showers are ok if a bit old

rather expensive: we paid €55 for two nights (two adults)
