Good, quiet spot by the water on a dead-end street, about a 3-4 minute bike ride from the beautiful historic center.

If there is availability: highly recommended.

Great location. Quiet for sleeping. There are permanent campers with motorhomes right by the water. Being free is fantastic! Thank you, Rouen!

Good location to explore the beautiful city on foot or by bike. There is space for 10, but there were about 30 campers. There are signs: NP towing policy, but this is ignored. On the Seine. There are trash cans, but otherwise no facilities. You are allowed to stay for 48 hours, but it is not checked. Free camper parking. Thanks!
