### RicardoandKaren - 3/5
*June 2026*

Stayed 27-28/05. This is a very shady campsite which is great for staying out of the 37c sun but means the ground is dirt. OK for us as it was dry. Could be muddy when wet. Lovely position on the banks of the Dordogne and only 10 mins walk into Bergerac, which has a lovely old town. Shower facilities on upper floor under a clear plastic roof, so very hot to use or wait until evening. The black waste disposal is a hole in the ground. Not great

*May 2026*

Campsite on the banks of the Dordogne within walking distance of the center. The water is nice and hot. The sanitary facilities work and are clean, but could use an upgrade. So, it is okay for a day trip to Bergerac. The ground is very sandy, and in the rain, you are better off going elsewhere......

### Journey2026 - 4/5
*May 2026*

Messy campsite with no layout of the pitches by the Dordogne. Good toilets and nice showers though. The ground is very sandy and luckily we didn't have any rain.
