Please note, the photos are taken from the Netherlands looking south. Going the other way: take the road to the left of the gas station. The spot is behind the building (restaurant?). There is also the possibility to empty tanks and fill up with water here.
The spot can be a bit noisy due to passing trucks.

I was there today and drove right through! It's a regular, glorified parking lot at a gas station along the highway. There were no campers, but there were a few cars. It's a bit remote from the gas station with few (if any) campers, which makes it seem like an unsafe spot.

It's a fine place to dump and refuel, but I didn't find it much more than that. It's located on a busy highway, with lots of activity day and night.
